"Possibly the worst customer service of all time. My machine was delivered early and the delivery company would not delay. Consequently, I had to move my Life Fitness machine less than a week after it was installed. The machine came without any directions. I reached out to Life Fitness for help. They were of no help and said there were no directions but provided a print out of how the frame bolts together. I was on my own to disassemble the machine which I damaged in doing so, due to the lack of any directions. I reached out to Life Fitness again for help with reassembly and offered to pay for the service. This time I was told Life Fitness does not assemble the machines, however I was provided a full set of directions, which I was previously told did not exist. Life Fitness gladly accepted almost $10k for their product that they can bother to be of any assistance with. Life Fitness is a sham."

"I would not recommend that any consumer purchase any equipment from Life Fitness. I purchased a new treadmill from them in Dec 2021, and within 18 months the console on the treadmill broke. We paid for a certified Life Fitness technician to come out and service the treadmill, and he determined to at the console was broken and needed to be replaced. Life fitness has given me the run around, lied about whether the console is covered under warranty (their website explicitly states the console has a 3yr warranty), and they refuse to honor their warranty because they “don’t have a console available and we can maybe wait 15 weeks to maybe receive a refurbished one if another customer’s console breaks and gets refurbished for us. Avoid Life Fitness at all costs or you will receive a very expensive paperweight that doesn’t work. They engage in consumer fraud."

"Totally incompetent people. They took 5 months to deliver my order, then didn’t even bother to make sure it’s the exact equipment I paid for. Capital One advised me in Dec that LF illegally processed my order payment so C1 revoked the transaction. LF claims they did nothing wrong, despite C1 sending them a legal notice explaining exactly what they did wrong. They failed to schedule the delivery, so when their truck showed up, my existing equipment was of course still sitting where the new equipment was to be installed. Every single person from ordering to payment to delivery is a giant failure. Do NOT give these idiots your money."

"If this is where I called to get 4 washers for my elliptical machine.... they have the worst customer service for the consumer. I will never buy another Life Fitness anything. I called to order 4 little tiny washers for my elliptical arms. They were $1.40 a piece. Not bad. I tell the lady on the phone that's all I needed... just the 4 washers. "OK, sir, shipping on that will be $35.88." For 4 washers you can throw in an envelope? "Yes sir, sorry our hands our tied, the shipping rate is UPS and set by the factory". FIND A WAY TO HELP YOUR CUSTOMERS! 4 washers could have easily been put in an envelope and sent out to me instead you've lost a customer (and possibly a bunch more). I doubt you care though."
