"Don't know how they stay in business I have ordered 4 times from this company. First order which took 2 months to get and it came with the wrong grips.. They were very nice and sent me a gift card. The second order I never received. Got a second gift card. Third and fourth order were in the end of January and I received tracking info however USPS says label created but they have not received the package still waiting on those to orders. Best advice don't waist time here."
"Ordered a putter grip. They had several colors to choose from and I chose the red and black one. After waiting for two weeks I finally had to call them and remind them to ship it. That took another two weeks. When I received it. It was the right model, but wrong color. When I contacted them, they questioned me and demanded that I call them. I called them and they won’t return phone calls. Not the place you want to do business with.. buyer beware."
"Ordered 11 Winn grips. Took forever to get shipped and then ONLY RECEIVED 8 of 11 ordered. Sent message immediately. Was told yeah will send other 3. Waited waited waited…yeah they are being shipped. Nope. Called and emailed. Then told nope didn’t ship. Then they sent email to give a gift certificate to use. Went to junk mail folder as they use different email no to send that looks like spam. Used gift certificate. Ordered 3 more grips. Waited waited waited. Finally received other 3 grips. This took like Dec 11 23 to Feb 21 24 to get all grips originally ordered. Might be worth additional note that original 8 grips came with a letter from Joe the Discount Golf manager saying if you’ll give a 5 star Google review we will send you a $25 gift card. Exactly what they sent to use to reorder the 3 grips the order was shorted. Very shady vibe here…scamming with shorting order, email chase, extended shipping times, gift certificate, etc. This was very inconvenient Joe…screwed up my planned regroup and winter trip with taking those clubs on getaway! Would not recommend buying with this vendor based on my experience described."
"Update: never got anything. Thankful for the ability to dispute my credit card. Does anyone else find it “fishy” that his standard answer is “I was out for 4-6 weeks?” What was it? 4 weeks? 5? 6? If something actually happened in the past, wouldn’t you know exactly how long it was? I’m not sure what’s worse, his service or his lame excuse. Similar to another gentleman who just posted. I ordered my Winn Grips on 1/4 and it’s 1/24 and I still don’t have them. Website says they always ship in 2-3 days. Doesn’t seem that way. Follow up phone call and email responses have been less-than-world-class. I’m hopeful they come through but am not overly optimistic."
"I would give a zero star rating to this chump outfit if I could, but I had to give it one star to leave this message in hopes of preventing others from falling for this scam. I placed an order for a Winn grip on Dec 30, and after two weeks of not receiving it nor getting a message from the company, I called to inquire on the status of my order. The rude "owner" told me he had been sick the past 10 days and that my order would be shipping that day (please read other reviews where he used the same excuse). Another week passed, still no grip and no message. I called the rude "owner" again, who told me my order had shipped and that he would provide a tracking number. I did receive that e-mail, which was a miracle. However, when I checked the USPS tracking number the status was "USPS awaiting delivery of item"; it still had not shipped! I called the rude "owner" again, and when he said "I have no idea, what is your order number?" (in a very crude tone), I had had enough. When I confronted him he immediately exploded and started cursing me. I'm not proud to say that I cursed him back and hung up the phone in his face, but at this point I fully realized that this guy had stolen my money and I no chance to get it back. At the very least, any respectable business owner would contact his customers to apologize and follow up on orders or offer a refund. This guy is just taking people's money. I learned the hard way, PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHAM ORGANIZATION!!! And to the owner, and I hope you read this, you are disgrace to small businesses in America. If you had any self-respect at all you would refund the money to everyone you have defrauded and close your business! Update: I see that the guy responded to my review. Notice that he did not apologize for the situation, nor has he ever. He failed to mention that he never contacted me to update me on the status of my order after a lengthy delay (and I still have not received the golf grip after one month of ordering). He also failed to mention that on the multiple times I contacted him he was rude and acted like I was inconveniencing him, and the last time he blew up and cursed me. "Please call us anytime" and get that kind of treatment? No thanks, pal."
