More recently, he helped fix a stationary bicycle in which the motor malfunctioned. He couldn’t have been more generous w his time and expertise, and got it back up and running in less than a day. Great service and great place…. Always."

"Rudest worst customer service ever consistently for years. No idea how they stay in business other than sheer customer desperation and no other options. We went in against better judgement for the last time today. I love biking but would take hatchet to my bike and never ride again before I degraded myself AGAIN with the guys that work at this place. Upside will buy bike on FB and get great ride & deal or online or big box - save money and don’t have to be treated like garbage. If you drive a Benz or a Tesla AND they SEE you park it (and your not a woman) you might have a shot at being afforded the privilege of being totally ripped off. Shops like this are why the small businesses have died."

"My Dad bought my first bike there in 1968. It was a stingray with banana seat and chopper handle bars. There was a 3 speed shift stick in the center of the bike. Since then I have been fortunate enough to be a regular customer, now that I have 5 boys of my own. Baseball, basketball, hockey, rugby, soccer, swimming, roller blades, helmets, football and MORE. They are a family owned and operate small business that serves the village and surrounding area's. Worth a visit!"
