"my only problem with this bank is a staff member is way to friendly with my husband. It is a joint account but I am never addressed. we go in there together and she will only talk to him. Hello (my husbands name) how are you today , if he doesn't go to the first window she flirts with him " oh why are you way over there your switching up windows on me you always come to the first one. Even if im the one driving she looks around me to speak to my husband. And it's always you have a nice weekend ( addressing only my husband)."

"Sarah was awesome with helping me find out why my debit card was declined at the license office in Crystal. She engaged in conversation like we knew each other, which made me less stressed. We figured out what the problem could of been and she left me a voice mail before she left for the day to make sure everything was ok.
