"Wanted to take a few minutes to recognize all the staff a this facility. I work for Heartland Express and my truck was sent over for a simple regen and it became a little more than that. Inevitably needed to be sent for a procedure. I was there for a couple days waiting on a replacement truck and Joel ,the service desk young lady and everyone were super friendly and professional keeping me informed and made me feel super comfortable and welcome.This a rare experience these days and me being in the Automotive industry for 30 years, this is how business is conducted. My hat off to your staff, you guys rock. Some of the shops around and in home of Atlanta could use this awesome level of service. Thanks again for helping me..."
