"I had an AMAZING experience at this store. Not only did I snag a Stumpjumper Alloy for under $2100 (pre-tax), but the team built it from the box in under 5 days. Amazing! They even aired my front forks to my weight and let me test it to my desire with no hesitation. The whole team was so nice, didn't make me put down an insane deposit or try to oversell me on anything and was able to easily answer all my questions. "Went this morning to surprise my husband with a new bike for his birthday. I had narrowed it down to a hybrid style being perfect for him. Beau was able to help us narrow it down. He was thoroughly knowledgeable, let us test ride several bikes, and was patient and let us take our time picking the right bike. He was not pushy about accessories at all, even encouraging my husband to ride the bike for a little bit to really determine what bags/racks etc will suit him best. "I went to check out some stumpjumpers because I was interested in buying one since its been so difficult to find a Trance X specially in Medium and carbon! So decided to finally test out the stumpjumpers got there and right away they asked me if i needed help finding something and yes they had the ones i was looking at, they let me test ride them and while i was thinking about it it I turn around and there it was I noticed a 2022 Giant Trance X Advanced Pro 29 1 more expensive than i wanted to spend but the bike was gorgeous and really hard to find specially with the fox factory live suspension! Brian was just as excited as me lol he was happy to help even after i was set on getting the Trance he still pulled bikes from the top to show me. Im glad I stopped by they have so mang bicycles the most high end mtbs around in one place! Thanks guys!"
