"Like a lot of other customers I go out of my way to go to Bicycles Etc. It's worth it for the excellent and friendly service I have always gotten there. I recently had a derailleur installed on my Sears Free Spirit. I ended up paying less than the estimate, and the bike works great! It's also a good place to take the old bicycles I've worn out and are not worth fixing. The Working Bike Cooperative which fixes the repairable bicycles and sells some of them and donates a lot of them to needy global communities picks up the old bicycles periodically from Bicycles Etc."
