If you go in, during her business hours, and she doesn’t have time for you she will just tell you she’s not going to help you (instead of offering an appointment or some other option). Don’t give this place your business. There are other places that are friendly, knowledgeable, extremely helpful, flexible and will make sure you are taken care of with RESPECT!"

"This woman cost me $800. I was living in Vegas and moved back to Illinois and she filed my return indicating I purchased a car in Vegas while I was a resident of Illinois. She had a meltdown that day and was crying at her desk. I've never used her service since."

"I would give 0 stars if possible. If you want to be treated with respect, go somewhere else! EXTREMELY RUDE!! I called to ask what paperwork I needed to get my car registered in IL as a new resident with a recently purchased car from Missouri. After she kept talking over me, she accused me of trying to get out of paying Missouri sales and personal property tax. I told her that the sales tax were already paid and her response was " I seriously doubt that." Also, she is not knowledgable. Told me I had to register my car in Missouri because I bought it in Missouri. This is false information and I was able to register my vehicle seamlessly through a different licensing company who throughly explained the process and provided excellent customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND SANDY'S LICENSE SERVICES AT ALL!!"

You may wait a while to get things as she is the only person there, but she is thorough and gets the job done.
