"I was robbed here a number of years ago. Went out of my way to find a bike repair shop to fix a rear derailleur that kept skipping gears. All they did was bend back a part that jutted out after a fall. The skipping was happening far before the fall and persisted after giving this place $80 for them to do nothing with my bike. Felt dissatisfied that I didn't want them touching my stuff ever again and took my business elsewhere"

I was a little leery of getting service done on a mid-range bike by a Trek dealer (implication being Trek bikes are extremely expensive, therefore service would follow suit). I was pleasantly surprised to find they offer three levels of service. After getting a free quote on what my bike would need to bring it back to like-new condition, I was told I would only need the basic-level service option ($89) plus any needed parts. I couldn't have been happier with the results. My 3-year-old bike looked, felt, shifted, and rode like new again! The employees are very friendly and helpful and willing to discuss bikes (and my bike). I didn't feel rushed and they answered all my questions."
