"I loved that job and really was looking forward to being hire on but because I didn't agree with his lie about training me I was let go. That is not a reason to let someone go. I was a good worker you can ask any of the other my co-workers there. They are going to be stunned that I am no longer there. Joe was just talking about how many weeks before I get hired on, so there is proof that I was a good employee. Here is exactly what happened; Every thing was fine had our morning meeting and we went back to work. At 1:30 pm we had another meeting with second shift about mistakes being made. I was standing at my station and Jessica, Ron, Katie, Joe and a couple employees we standing there and I was asking a question about multiple pieces in separate boxes how should they be received in. (I was just asking questions so that I could do my job with more accuracy) Then Joe said, "I showed you how to do that the first day you were here." I said, "I was not showed that." Joe did not train me, a guy named Kevin was who I was put with and at the time he was only there for about three weeks. Other questions and I had was to a guy named Mikhail who has been there for nine months, but he was not always around for the reason he did multiple jobs there. When I was talking to Ron an Jessica I told them that I did not have proper training and had to figure out and ask who ever the questions to process the parts in properly. I guess Joe over heard me and did not like this because this mad him look bad. You could not find Joe a lot of the times when you had questions and if you needed him to help you correct a mistake or get you labels it would take hours if not a few days. He spent most of his time walking around talking to people and not doing his job. I did what I had to to receive the parts in as accurately as I could. Tim one of the other higher up employees said we were doing a great job and that the mistakes were at their lowest it has been. I never really seen Joe spend much time training anyone it was always the other employees training the other employees. So I got let go because Joe did not do his job, I did nothing wrong but bring it to someones attention so that maybe I would get proper training so that I could do the job more accurate as not to make a million dollar mistake. The funny thing is that I said something to Mikhail about Joe saying he trained me on the procedure and he said, "I just should Kevin how to do that right before the meeting." A person that has been there almost three months was not shown the procedure that I said I was not shown to Joe and then let go. You tell me if that is a reason to let someone go. I guess I exposed him not knowingly that he was not doing his job and that he is the reason for all the mistakes. Him not doing his job is not my fault. Losing this job really really hurts because I loved this job, I really really enjoyed going to work and as far as my attitude you can ask any of the employees there, I got along with everyone. Mikhail was saying just a couple days ago how it was nice to have a team on the line that really really gets along does their job and enjoys being around each other. I really really want to go back there! I love it there! So in short I got let go because I didn't go along with his lie about training me. I am not going to lie about being trained you need to be trained properly in any job so that you can perform to your best ability with the confidence of knowing you are doing is correctly. I do not lie and will never lie, lying is on of my pet peeves."
