"I would give them a negative star!!!!!! This company is by far the most terrible company ANY company could do business with!!!! I was scheduled for delivery 1/9/2024 after waiting hours, I called only t to hear my stove wasn’t put on the truck and they had to reschedule me to those 1/15/203. My delivery windows was 10-2. I called only to hear it was changed to 3-7. It’s 7:22 I get a call saying the truck broke down. These people are TERRIBLE & I hope this company CLOSES DOWN!!!"

"This is a company of "LIARS". This is the 2nd time I had to reschedule because they failed to complete the service order. I called once a day leading up to the scheduled day due to the past experience. But yet again, the day of I called in the morning, the employee stated you are on schedule time slot 3-7. They did not show up or call. Bad business across-the-board. If I could leave a review without a star, I would. Here we go again with this company. My daughter has purchased over four thousand dollars in appliances from Home Depot and waited at her new home all day. Car in driveway no curtains at windows and no call and the "LAZY LIARS" did not deliver the 3 items to the house they stated they called & she did not answer. "ALL LIES". If the men do not want to work, then do not apply for the job. Better yet, quit now so that the company will be free of derelict employees. This is where I told her to go back to Home Depot ask for a refund to the card, and they refunded her the entire amount and also compensated her. We are at LOWE'S telling our story & purchasing the appliances. I am purchasing mine as well. Sadly, I will be spreading the word "Do not purchase appliances from Home Depot as the delivery company will leave you standing."

"This is quite possibly the worst freight company in the United States. They are never on time and every single person I’ve spoken to has had the worst attitude and provided zero help whatsoever. I would never in a million years depend on a this company again."

"Cannot possibly rate them low enough. Consistently release the wrong freight causing you to call all the STL agents to find the freight. I say you have to call because communication with Forward Air is horrible. The level of incompetence is astronomical. The only bright spot is Tim, who works evenings. If you need help before he gets there, I wish you the best of luck."
