If they would have called at the beginning, we could have met them at end of driveway to get our items. Do NOT like being LIED to. HORRIBLE customer service."

He said I trying to steal my own packages. After 30 mins of calls with home office guy finally let me have packages with a cop supervising. Office was apologetic. Sucks my kids had to see that. Didn't know a delivery could be that horrible."
