"Dealt with Nora this afternoon. She was polite, professional, and helped with all my questions! Glad to have a bank with such excellent customer service locally!"
"Today I went to the Central Bank at 330 Hartman Lane, O'Fallon IL. I wanted to order more checks and talked to Marilyn Perez. She explained the MaxMoney program to me and I was sold. She was very friendly and did a great job. Then she and Nora Kurtz helped me to sign up for the program. Both are excellent employees and did a 1st class job."
"Fraudulent withdrawals were made on my account due to the negligence and incompetence of online bank security. One of the bankers admitted that it is the fault of the bank that my account were hacked and money stolen. He also claimed that multiple of other personal/business accounts have also been hacked, and the excuse he gave me was their complacency during holidays. To protect consumer's financial assets and personal information are the basic and essential functions of a bank, which this bank cannot provide. Theft of financial asset can be serious depending on the amount stolen, but the personal damage due to identity theft is incomprehensible. Will speak to my lawyer about this incident. In the meantime, it is not recommend staying with this bank. Transfer your funds to other places. Money is important, your privacy matters more."
