"I have been trying to get someone from this branch on the phone for 3 days now. Not one answer. I called the Corporate office and got 4 different phone numbers for contacts at this branch. Including the branch manager. Full story. I went in over a month ago and requested a replacement credit card as mine had broken. While going through the process, their associate Ben asked if I had any interest in Financial planning. I mentioned that I have someone already, but would be open to hearing options. Fast forward to today. Still no replacement card, BUT I got over 5 calls asking about financial planning. Question: Does that building have phones? Does anyone work there? Is there really even a location? Have I been hallucinating? OR Are they all terrible employees? I guess we will never know... Anyway... You can find me over at US Bank soon! ^_^"
