"I opened an account with Regions recently and I now question why. Because they failed to update my closest location being closed, I then went to two other area locations tonight. Both of the branches on Watson, including this one, had out of service ATMs. I was able to retrieve exactly $0 out of a Regions ATM and wasted a half hour of my life. I honestly would not be surprised if this is purposeful, since it costs $3 to transfer money out of your account in the online portal, but $0 to get it out of an ATM."

"I went in there with a check by one of there members but because I wasn't a meneber I got a nasty look from the lady who "helped" me and told it's expensive for her to cash it. The check was for $160 and would of been a fee of $5 if I had her cash it, again from there own members account. She was just rude and very unfriendly. I've been looking for a new bank as I recently moved bere but after that interaction. I'll never again go there!"

"I totally disagree. I love the staff. We have a business account with them and they have gone above and beyond to help me get papers notarized when needed and every time I drop off insurance checks, the girls at the window say "hi" to me by name. I feel very happy with the service!"
