"I’ve been banking with them for years now and this one rude bank teller makes me want to close my whole account. Lady with the white shoulder length hair, don’t even care to know her name now. Every time i’m there my patience is tested, I go to deposit 2 checks today and am rushed the entire time and whenever she gets back i tell her i also need cash deposited and she wants to act like it’s so hard to do the job she’s paid for. get some new people in or you’ll lose loyal customers, she’s been rude to my younger sister many times, all i hear is complaints about her, get her out of there. There’s a genuine issue if there’s this many complaints and nothing done about it!"
"I Bank At Bradford And I Really Do Appreciate John Keeven And His Great Work Again Thanks A lot"
"I bank at the Bradford location in Marine, IL, and find the customer service to be outstanding! True, old-time courtesy and friendliness. While this is arguably unnecessary to get banking transactions done, I find it both remarkable and refreshing in today's fast-paced and socially-inept culture. Who thought going to the bank could actually be an enjoyable experience? Skip the large chain banks and try a bank that actually appreciates your patronage. Well done, Bradford National Bank!!"
"After banking with Bradford National Bank for over a decade, I continue to experience extreme rude conduct from a particular teller who displays her rude conduct primarily at the Idler Lane branch location in Greenville; however, I have also encountered her rude conduct at the main bank location on College Avenue also in Greenville. To current, this person has been loud and argumentative to me at the main bank, trapped my left hand in the metal tray that extends outward to the customer and back~at the Idler location causing all the cash/coins from the transaction to fall to the ground. Since I was parked so closely to the building to complete the financial exchange, I was unable to open my car door to reach down and get the cash/coins off the ground once I had managed to get my hand free from the metal tray she was retracting so quickly into the building not assuring that my hand was clear. There were no apologies offered to me by the teller after all this ill-professionalism had taken place, and since I could not drive forward yet, I asked the teller if she could please come out and pick up the coins/cash off the ground as I could not reach them. Recently I was at the Idler location and this same particular person informed another teller that my check could not be cashed because it could not be authorized and I was instructed to drive away to a different bank location in order to get that accomplished.(customer service at its worst) Needless to say, after professional intervention from the main bank after I made a phone call there, my check was indeed able to be authorized/ cashed as I had originally requested while I remained at the Idler location. This is a display of such unnecessary drama and not time efficient for anyone, as I spent nearly half an hour sitting in my car at the Idler Lane drive through for a simple request. Today, shortly after 5:00 p.m. at the Idler branch location, I was taken aback and appalled by the inappropriate behavior of how I was treated. I was greeted by the teller saying in a rude tone, "What do you need?!" I told her what I had needed but I also told her the way I was greeted was very rude; no apologies were extended. As the teller sent the tube out to me, it was sent out to me in silence as the person walked away from the window having never said thank you or asking if I needed any further help. I remained at the window and paused briefly thinking maybe I would hear a thank you while I was hearing kind gestures of thank you and have a nice evening being extended verbally to other customers. I compressed the call button and I was met with silence so I pressed it again and someone from the other end greeted me by saying in a rude tone, "What ELSE do you need?!" I responded by saying I would appreciate being treated professionally and the way you have spoken to me is extremely rude. Both tellers just stood there staring at me saying nothing. I told them thank you and drove away."
"My family and I have been banking with Bradford National Bank for as long as I can remember. I also use Bradford Bank for all of my corporate business checking accounts and loans. Rich and Mike are always easy to work with and I find their mobile app very useful. I appreciate the best in class service my family and I receive and we will be using Bradford National Bank for years to come."
