"Same experience. Tracking said on vehicle for delivery never showed up that, was 4 days ago. Now second package says the same thing. have already notified shipper if they continue to use fedex in the future I will no longer be able to do business with them. Will notify Paypal next and tell them i never recieved the package get my money back and let the shipper deal with Fedex."

"Got out for delivery notifications two days in a row. My package never arrived. Traveled to Depot and was told because they are beind, they scan all packages as out for delivery, but don't load them all on the trucks. They are still unable to locate my package."

"This company doesn’t even deserve a star. It’s not only one time but multiple times that my packages come empty and the content in side were stolen and instead of them notifying me they keep saying that my delivery will be delayed When I call them they give me the run around until they finally tell me that my package is in their warehouse but the items inside are missing and there’s nothing they can do because they are not held responsible for it So I have to call the company that I bought the item and talk to them . They shouldn’t even be in business if you want my opinion Very disappointed."

"The packages sit at the facility for days being "out for delivery". Multiple calls and they are aware of the issue. Items generally sit there for 4 days or more..that or they completely lose the package."

"Only ship with FedEx as a last resort. I was supposed to receive a package on Friday and they said it was shipped. Turns out, it never made it onto the truck. They came by the address the next day (Saturday) and it still wasn’t loaded onto the truck. Fast forward to today (Monday), they said it was delivered at my front door, but there aren’t any packages to be found. This company is unorganized, unprepared, and unprofessional."
