"Just a PSA, First Midamerica Credit Union is the worst bank! I don’t recommend them to anyone. My 3 year old purchased money on Roblox on our Xbox (he’s 3 and obviously doesn’t know better) he was literally just clicking the purchase button over and over again. they refuse to dispute the charges and not only that they took over draft fees for every single charge! They have been 0 help through the whole process and the only thing they can tell us is “sorry there’s nothing we can do”."

"I don’t even know where to start. This bank is the worst bank ever. Their service is trash! They have the worst managers, Laurie and Brenda. They charged my account by error for a courtesy pay. And takes their sweet time refunding it back. I have talked to multiple people. Elizabeth, Stephanie they were both nice(My attitude was horrible because of frustration). Both those managers Amber Laurie and Brenda ! They need better supervisors to handle upset customers. They keep saying it’s my fault. No it’s the banks fault. They are so eager to charge an overdraft fee without the charge even posting. I don’t care if it was a small fee. I want my money back. I do not recommend .0 stars if I could give if possible."
