"This company is made up of crooks. I had an order that did not arrive, I tried to contact nice rink and they did no respond back to me. I later found out that the product went back to them and they had the wrong shipping address on my file, so it went to the UPS depot and then back to Minnesota. I tried unsuccessfully to get my money back from these thieves. Beware if you are a making an order from them as they do not answer emails as well."

"Buyer beware. The liner didn’t hold any water, even after following the guidelines given to us by the owner. I reached out at the end of January. Explained that we were not satisfied with the liner and asked for a replacement. Rather than just sending a new liner, which is really no cost to them, we were given a list of reasons as to why this was our fault. The owner reached out and told us “that he had been in business for 30 plus years, so obviously he has a quality product”. I’m sorry, but only getting 1 week of skating due to the liner not holding water, is not a quality product. I explained that I would be writing a review, and hoped that they would make this right. After a month and a half of not hearing anything, I’m writing my review. Do yourself a favor, don’t waste your money on this rink. While the boards and extras are nice, if you can’t keep water in the rink, it’s pointless. The owner has made it clear that he does not care about the customer. We will get a liner elsewhere, and ensure that everyone we know, knows to not mess with subpar product."
