Frabill

"I received a Frabill net for Christmas. Once I got my new boat . I grab my tackle and net to go fishing. Went to use my new net , all it falls apart . As you can see from the picture that the clip inside is broken. And this is brand new."

"Have called several times with 6 hours on hold have yet to talk with anyone. Several emails last being Jan 5 2022 and have never recieved a reply. I needed replacement C-Clips for ice shanty and a replacement window. I have never had to try and be a customer to a business like this before. All emails were to order and pay for the parts. Still nothing. Thanks to many others having the same problems I was able to copy others ideas to make their own clips to utilize the shanty we have all paid up to $800 to use. It has been the only sour part of learning a new sport and spending time with my family outdoors. Clam and Otter will be getting business for ice fishing moving forward."

"Looking for replacement latches and nets for Frabill minnow bucket product number 14042. It is still sold but I am being told that the parts are unavailable. Suggested they just pull them from a couple of buckets at the factory. Was told the product would then be unusable. DUH. MINE IS UNUSABLE NOW. Still waiting for an explanation as to why I can't get parts. It really shouldn't be that difficult. These guys are at the top of the 'Worst Customer Service' list."
