The customer service rep Brenda did nothing but suggest I file a police report in New York City for a stolen package or purchase another item. I took it upon myself to file a claim with UPS who guarantee reimbursement or return of the package. I called Brenda to let her know and request a replacement to be sent but Brenda would be out $400 until that point. She then became argumentative and told me I needed to take more responsibility. You lost a new customer relationship that had the potential to make thousands of dollars on over the course my new hobby. Really a shame - small businesses main perk is customer relations especially building new client relationships. They definitely do not care about their customers. Do not shop here!"
