"We have returned a trailer here and rented storage space, Can't complain about the service at all. They were friendly and helpful. Only issue we really had is that we initially rented 2 5x10 units because that was what they had. we upgraded to a 10x15 to put some furniture in and they did not give us a 15 day credit from the old units. Kind of sucky, but okay... so be it."

It's disheartening to witness such a stark contrast in customer service within the same establishment.
