Reviews
"I had a very unpleasant experience at GNC on Christmas Eve. The cashier was rude and impatient with me. She ask for my phone number without explaining why, and when I refused (because I care about my privacy and security), she snatched the money from my hand and did not count back my change. She didn't even say thank you or wish me a happy holiday. Then another employee came over with the same negative energy. They both had bad vibes that ruined my mood. I don't understand why GNC hires such unprofessional and disrespectful staff. They have a convenient location, but their prices are higher than online and their service is unacceptable. I'm not a loyal customer of GNC and I don't think I'll ever shop there again."
"The staff are knowledgeable and remember faces well. They're not pushy on supplements but are more than willing to share both their expertise and their feedback when it comes to different things."
"Great customer service and extremely knowledgeable staff. Couldn't say more about how kind each and every staff member is when I walk in the door."
"I don't know if the workers in GNC were having a bad day but, at the busiest time of the day, the lunch hour they only had one register open. Trying to ring out this one guy who kept going back and forth getting products instead of ringing folks out who were ready. I was ready and waiting 3 to 5 minutes before I walked out. Its unacceptable especially since it was two folks on shift and by the time I walked past 15 mins later now all of sudden they have both registers open smh the customer service in general needs some more training. I was even greeted when I walked into the store. This branch on base truly needs to do better or I will have consistently take my business elsewhere."
