"They don't take medicaid. The staff are friendly, and I loved going there, but they don't take medicaid and I recently lost insurance because I turned 26. Now I can't continue my esketamine treatments or TMS treatments."
"They have changed my husband life. He had severe anxiety. He couldn’t do anything but eat which was was barely and sleep. We have been to dr in Chicago. Mind you this is suppose to be one of the best hospitals around. 2 hrs there 2 hrs home rides than 1 hour visit if we got in on time which was never. Oh yes this is rush hospital My husband can now sit have a conversation go for a ride eat in a restaurant again. Just going for a ride to look at the changing leaves is a great thing now. You have no idea what we missed in until we found this dr snd his staff. Cindy I just love her She goes out of her way to help us. God bless this place for giving back our life."
"They have helped me tremendously. I took part in the TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) 35 session treatment and it has lifted a fog so that I can see options instead of my severe major depression clouding everything so I did nothing but cry and feel horrible constantly. Be aware that although Medicare paid for most of each session, my BCBS did NOT cover their end of it. I am making payments on the $1,600 which was not covered."
"So far I'm pretty disappointed in this facility. Someone I know has been struggling with anxiety and depression and decided to make an appointment earlier this week because they've been to see this doctor previously and liked him. This person was excited that they could get in to be seen this week. They showed up at their appointment time and was told that they didn't have an appointment, the call center made a mistake, and since it's been a little while they were considered a new patient so they couldn't be seen today because there were no openings. But to go home and someone would call them to make an appointment. Turns out they can't get in for another 2 weeks. I've worked in the medical field for 15+ years and to turn a patient away that doesn't have an appointment because of their own facility's mistake, especially someone struggling mentally, is absolutely absurd. I wouldn't waste my time with this office."
"I've been pleased with your clinical staff. Recently, with the additional staff the front desk has become friendlier. Prior, about a year or two ago I would enter and stand at the desk and it felt like I was interrupting their work. Most clinics I have gone to look up and greet you with a smile and let you know if they need a moment before assisting you. But I felt awkward standing there until they would finally look up. Probably just a matter of certain personalities. Anyhow, things have improved."
