I consider them family. With having prior jobs I have never had anyone that I've worked for treat me and my family as good as they have. It doesn't matter whether i call them for business or personal they are always there to answer my call and my wife or whoever calls them to talk and figure out solutions to help. To me that is part of going beyond. They work many many hours to do everything they can to help any driver. If a driver is in need they don't mind going wherever they are to assist. Replying to Sergaaaay Mytakov: I see that you are very concerned about the safety of others on the road, especially when you're taking pictures of the driver while you're driving. God Forbid you kill someone while on your phone worried about the driver and making sure you have proof."

"Extremely dangerous driving. Changing lanes rapidly and without using turn signals. Tailgating on people. Illegally going in the leftmost lane on several occasions despite posted signs. I would be concerned not only as a driver sharing the road but also as a user of their freight services. With this kind of rapid swiveling between the lanes cargo is bound to get damaged. I am not even talking about potential accidents. I wonder whether anything of value could be trusted to this reckless driver. If the owner wants proof I have several pictures of the truck in question breaking the law. It was going on i85 southbound on July 17 in SC around 2pm or so. I probably would forward those to DOT as well to eliminate this reckless driver from our highways. He is bound to get in an accident and God forbid might kill someone."

"One of their drivers came up on me on the interstate and rode my bumper for miles. This company must be too concerned with being on time to also worry about safety. It is very uncomfortable to have a freighter follow you at an unsafe distance. Edit: raised my rating because the owner returned my call and appreciated the update of an unsafe driver."
