"New in area, so googled around and found Pisces in Flora IL. Called to see if they carried drain plugs for a Hayward super pump. I may need 4....lol... They did and the manager would call me right back as soon as they located them. Received a prompt call back that they had 3 and I said that’s great we have one. Ran up and bought them immediately. We previously had an old concrete pool in northern Illinois, however this one is an infinity pool/salt water.. Shawn was familiar with the products and we purchased the cell cleaner. She also borrowed us the tower to sit cell filter in. That doesn’t occur where I use to live. 4 months and I just love this town and the people. I have wonderful neighbors. I couldn’t ask for more.....well except Pisces knowledge and help with getting this pool going. Looking forward doing business with them. I asked Shawn to order me 4 more.....I’m starting a supply room in the pool equipment room. Lol"
