"I’m very frustrated. Delivery driver didn’t ring door bell so delivery wasn’t left due to needing signature. Then instead of trying again the following day they automatically said it needed to be picked up they even put pick up address. I called ups to see if we would be able to put up that day they said we would not but it would be available the next day. We go the next day and are told it’s not there because it was taken back to the hub and they aren’t open Saturdays so it wouldn’t be at the pick up location till Monday. Now don’t you think if you are leaving a ticket stating where to pick up you would date it for the day you are able to pick it up? Also I called and explained everything to the person at the location and they told me it would be there to pick up next day.. I now have a very sad little boy as this was his birthday present he’s been patiently waiting for. Training to understand what days of the week packages will actually be in at the pick up location and for delivery drivers to try delivering twice before sending to pick up location."

"The UPS store is an easy place to bring packages for return or shipping. I can be in and out in 30 seconds if I have a return that already has a label."

"Meant to leave the review sooner, but over a year ago I had to return a shed - many, heavy boxes. It was nearing store closure time, but Justine not only helped me carry all of the boxes in, not only stayed open after the store closed, but was kind and friendly the whole time. I offered to leave a tip, but she stated to just leave a review instead. Great establishment, and I couldn't recommend more highly."
