"After seeing all the 1⭐️ reviews on this store lately I wasn’t thrilled to have to return 8 packages on a Saturday afternoon. But Layla helped us and she was very patient even with a long line of people behind us. (Yes the people in the line might’ve been mad) But I was happy that she made sure our packages where going to the right place and weren’t gonna get lost with all the chaos of Christmas returns."

"Tis the season. I realize we are tired and weary this time of year. But this location could really use some training on customer service. One employee in particular that I have ran into on 3 separate occasions. I have witnessed her being rude to customers and also cuss at the other employees. I am shocked at this behavior. I am very understanding of the stress levels around this time of year and being short staffed but this is uncalled for. If I knew of another location I would definitely try it to see if the service was better."

"I will do everything I can do avoid this location in the future. There is zero customer service, and I think everybody that was in the store with me tonight would agree. I get that it’s getting close the holidays and I am sure this store gets very busy, but that is no excuse to be short with customers, rude, or throwing packages (yes, literally throwing) to the side in frustration. I have so much empathy for front facing retail employees during this time of year typically, but the way this female employee treated us tonight just because we were missing the original box to our package is not okay. Not one time did we act inconvenienced or upset that we couldn’t do our return. Either get your employees more support during the busy times or do some customer service training with them…"
