"I wanted to say "Thank you" to Dave in the Pro Shop. My Gap wedge snapped at the handle, which some say could be considered a Factory Defect. The place I purchased it from disagreed. Understandable. I stopped by Golf Discount to see what they could do. Dave walked me back to the Repair desk. He asked me a few questions and said he'd have it ready in a couple of days because he was off the following day. I cried a little bit, saying I needed it sooner. I left thinking I'd be without my favorite club at my upcoming round. My phone rang 15mins later, it was Dave at Golf Discount. He said I'll have your club ready for pickup tomorrow morning. "Great experience with my fitting today. The salesperson made me feel comfortable, got me right into the simulator (at no extra cost), and spent his time talking through all options with me. He was really interested in getting me something that works best for me, rather than pushing the most expensive options. I will definitely be coming back, and recommending this place to my friends.
