"Your inept staff supported by 1000s of stupid ads to try to get more staff when you don’t care seems stupid. Spend lots of money and give horrible service."
"This place sucks. Do NOT take your loved one here for any type of treatment. The rudeness and uncaring malicious souls of this leadership team filters down to those working with the clients. I’m sure the direct line staff will get blamed for the low ratings anyway, while the leadership fans themselves to keep from smelling their own stench which they don’t even realize radiates from them. Do better and be KIND!"
"My girlfriend arrives to vera french excited to figure out what is wrong with her. She leaves the same day crying because they made her sit in the lobby for 3 hours before anyone could come to talk, where she also learned that they were not going to help that day anyways and they were just going to ask her about her condition… okay fine. Today she goes for her first appointment with a therapist SPECIFICALLY ASSIGNED to her and after waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes she is called back. Just to be told that the therapist has no experience with her issue and my girlfriend is asked to leave. She is not told anything of any importance like 1) what she can do in the mean time while she finds somewhere else to go or 2) where else she can go 3) why she was lied to and assigned to someone giving her false hope. She needs help and and i am afraid they vera french has completely dismantled her entire willingness to go and find help. Great job. Do not send anyone you care about here . I hope you all find what you are truly looking for that you surly wont find at vera french."
"Terrible horrible place for mental health care. Rude reception, rude counselors and rude prescribers. Even the person that did the initial screening whatever, rude. Made comments about my appearance. Said I look mean. They do not listen to you. I told my prescriber about how I was almost killed in my relationship, within the same appointment she is more concerned with me becoming pregnant on my prescription. They will not prescribe mental health medication. They will prescribe you allergy medication. They will cancel your appointments multiple times. I've had mine cancelled 3x now. I guess my counselor has been out of the office for my last 3 appointments, so I have not been seen in 2 months now. They keep calling and saying my appointment is cancelled by my counselor and I need to reschedule. After the last voicemail they left me to reschedule again I am giving up. Absolute joke. Especially if you have state insurance. They will remind you again and again, you have state insurance and they do not care. I have come here essentially begging for help but they will not take you seriously until you have a "crisis""
"Receptionist and or personnel who schedule you for appointments have no concept of customer service support, not to mention patients who are struggling with mental issues. I had an appointment and when I showed up I was informed it was at a different location and was blamed for it even though they never called to update me on change. Apparently they had my phone number incorrect in the system but I was still blamed and spoken like I was a child “do you know how to follow instructions”. It’s hard to imagine and understand that a metal health facility has this type of personnel representing their facility. The way people are treated/spoken to when they are struggling with mental issues can be a defining moment and can be the very thing that throws them over the edge, then they wonder why people loss it and act on it!! By far the worse experience I had when dealing with a mental health facility."
