"If I could give zero stars I would ! I have utilized the services of World Finance more than 15 years between the Washington and Peoria branch. If you want a loan or any assistance plan on it taking days before they ever get back with you! They will continue to keep telling you they will pull your file and call you back. I advise you should go to another office. Since I have worked with this Peoria office the last couple times It’s has been a long drug out process. In years past I would be able to get sand day service but now it takes 3-5 days at least before you get any type of reply or answer! Apoarently they are not too worried about increasing their amount of customers or gaining new customers or they would be more prompt! Sad to say this place has gone downhill with customer service skills!"
