"11 out of 10! Absolutely one of the best pro shops in Missouri and Garrett’s service is second to none. I called to let him know I was driving just over an hour to come see him and he immediately made me feel at easy. He didn’t make me any promises but said “I will do my best to fit you in.” He did just that, he spent well over an hour to get me all tuned up for my elk hunt. He gave me some tips on my form as well. This shop exceeded my expectations in every way and made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in. As some of you know is not the norm for a lot of pro shops. If you live near by you are lucky to have such a nice and honest pro. Even though it’s an hour and 15 minute drive this will be my go to shop for years to come."

"I heard about Lights Out Archery through a recommendation from a friend. After years of going to pro shops, standing in line, waiting for all the "regulars" to finish their tall tales, just to get brushed to the side when it was finally my turn, I was looking for something different. "I went to lights out archery 2 years ago to get my arrows refletched, I shot feathers and they were getting real beat up. So upon entry, I already knew I was in the right spot because it is Family owned and family ran. So he talked me through the options and pros and cons. I went with AAE MAX I believe they are. My jaw dropped with the accuracy i improved. And to top it off, his daughter fletched them! TOP NOTCH JOB. Fast forward to this year, I needed new string abs I was gonna get new arrows also. I am a real skeptical with new things and like my brand names. Garrett showed me my current arrows ( carbon express) and the new ones I was looking at ( black eagles). He spun them and spin deflection. And I was surprised to say the least. The black eagles were better! Saw it with my own eyes. He didn’t push my decision just gave me facts to help my decision. So I got new string and arrows. Fast forward 2/3 months. I was having a he// of a time getting my arrows to shoot straight and get a consistent group. Just had to be the arrows in my mind. So I reach out and tells me to bring it in. Upon arrival he called his daughter down to run the shop and told her he gets 100% of my attention until he is shooting perfect. That blew me away! So I told him everything I had done and tried, so he said we are going back to ground zero. Let me check my work and make sure it’s perfect. So he did, ( it was perfect) we paper tuned it and took all human error out of it. So now I shoot it and it was tearing way right, so he suggested some things and long story short, it was a combination or myself and my release was old and worn out. He proved it by allowing my to use numerous different releases and different styles. He explains EVERYTHING in a way you understand. I can’t say enough good things about lights out!
