"It has been almost two years since I purchased the 2" heavy duty double. I needed a new rack after folding over an old Y@k!ma rack on the back of my trailer (pics below) on the way home from Usal beach, every time I dropped the trailer wheel into a rut, even at crawl speed the rack swayed and slammed over eventually I could see it bent by several inches and has to rope it back with countering force to each side to make it home. I was in the market for a tough rack for a tow unit. My first impressions of this company, which consisted of browsing their website and corresponding with them via email was excellent. Next I received my order and was doubly impressed. I can't say enough about the quality of this rack and the importance of their patented tightening mechanism. I've hauled this rack with our Giant Yukon fat tire bikes on it to dozens of places throughout CA, NV and OR where most people can't go. Not a single problem, plenty of height. The angle is such that if my trailer can make it without scraping so will the rack. My father in law was so impressed he bought the same rack, took his fenders off his 80lb (its much less when he pulls the battery) electric bike, fabricated a mount and put it on the tongue of his trailer (pics below), though he had to get a ramp to walk his behemoth of a bike up."

"Ordered ours in 2020 just before the pandemic hit. So delivery was not an issue or delayed. Customer service was good. Assembly was pretty easy. We bought one 2 bike rack with 2 extra single bike attachments/extensions and bike locks as well. The only thing we regret not getting was the pull handle device to lower or higher the bike rack. We love that the 1UP rack does not touch your bike frame, it only touches your tires. The bikes are very secure when your driving. Because of the weight, when taking it off the car, I take the extensions off first and then the one 2 bike rack. The racks arms fold up pretty good for storage. Once your used to it, you can put it on and take it off pretty easily and quickly. Definitely worth the money because you will never need to buy another rack again! And it's Made In the USA! We give 1Up - 2 thumbs up!"

"Hands down one of the best companies and products on the market. Having owned several bike racks over the years, this is far and away the best! All metal construction, super simple design, holds almost any bike frame/geometry without fear of frame damage as it only contacts the tires, and super fast load/unload. IF something ever happens to the rack (say you back into tree in the woods, kid runs into rack with his Jeep) it is super easy to repair, and 1UP USA is willing to ship exactly the parts you need at a reasonable price. I have ordered multiple times, from base racks for each car, add-on racks, and parts. Each and every time, very easy and trouble free. Finally, MADE IN THE USA!
