"I have used Chicago limo Inn service for 14 years. Drivers are always on time or early. Cars are new and clean. Taken to and from ORD and MDW many times and have chartered for business events in city of Chicago. I highly recommend!"

"I would highly not recommend using this company. I would have given them zero stars if possible. I reached out months ahead of my wedding to book a limo. I reached out to them a week before my wedding for them to tell me that they don't have any cars available even though we had previously gone through the type of car, how many people, the entire itinerary. Then the person had the audacity to blame me for this and say I was "slow in communicating and sketchy" because I didn't put down a deposit even though I was never asked for one. They are extremely unprofessional only doing things through text message. I would stay away from this one, there are plenty of other limo services out there."
