"This review is based off my experience trying to simply receive a quote for an upcoming wedding for a close friend. I give one star … simply bc I did get information from the gentleman over the phone and gave him my contact information to send me details so I can send to the bride. I’ve been in touch with numerous of companies and I personally asked for an email. I had to call back because I had the bride ask me something but couldn’t recall. He told me he would email me in 15-20 minutes (didn’t receive anything) and he felt the need to state how extremely busy he was. That’s fine but obviously my inquiry wasn’t important enough. Moving forward I wouldn’t recommend if you are looking for immediate services. Day 2: After my review being noticed the owner realized he didn’t have my correct email. He texted me a screenshot of what could have gotten to me. By an honest mistake he resent the information I was interested in. Like mentioned before this is a review based off customer experience not the actual service. I added two stars for recognizing the issue and solving it in a timely manner."

"Amazing!!! Danny was nothing but help!!! We ended up using his services for the wedding and for the charter for the limo. All our guests complemented on how nice the limo's were and how great the service was. Even if their was only one couple in the limo he would still run them back!!!Timing was perfect!!! I have already had a few people ask me for the company name so they could call in too!!! Thank you Limos Alive!!!"

"Limos Alive was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding!! We dealt with Danny directly who was always sure to get any requested information to us ASAP. I originally booked the 28 passenger bus with a bathroom for the transport from Church to the venue. I ended up adding an additional hour to my contract to have the party bus be a shuttle for guests staying at the hotel to get to the venue. Danny was great about the time change and didn't even charge for me for that extra hour!! Our bus was clean and stocked with beer, water, and champagne!! This was awesome for our long ride from Chicago to Wheeling!! Our driver was so helpful and willing to stop wherever we wanted... He even took the garbage out every time we all got off the bus for something!! I would definitely recommend Limos Alive for any type of car/bus rental. After planning a wedding, the last thing you need to worry about is a transportation issue on your wedding day! Thank you Limos Alive for making our special day that much easier!!!"

"This company has really turned things around. We took a 38 passenger party bus to Notre Dame in November and the service was excellent. Dave was very helpful in scheduling and gave us a great price. Randy was our driver and he exceeded our expectations. He was friendly and helpful and I would gladly request him again for future trips, that we are already planning! Clean and classy bus from a great company. A+ service. Update*: This is my third time working with them and I couldn't be more impressed. Danny was very patient in helping me book my event. The 5 door limo was not only extremely convenient but it was in pristine condition. Everyone was extremely impressed so much that I already booked another trip with Limos Alive. Thank you so much for being a company with great customer service and overall class. Limos Alive is an A+ company! Do not miss your opportunity to work with them."

"Great experience booking my first party bus. Danny was so helpful getting me all the details, and my bus driver was prompt and very nice. The bus was great! Clean, new looking and well kept. We had a great time celebrating my birthday and would recommend Limos Alive to anyone wanting to have a fun night out. Having done my research before, I was aware of several people having horrible party bus experiences with other companies - this was not the case with Limos Alive. It was a smooth evening, and all of my friends had a great time! Thank you for helping me celebrate my birthday in style!"
