"Ordered a van limo for airport transport for our group, they never showed. All reservation emails were accurate, indicated fine & confirmed, etc. I called and left messages on their answering machines since no human answered. I was never called or contacted regarding their delay. We waited 30 minutes after scheduled pickup and then scrambled to get multiple rideshares. Embarrassing."

"I ordered a limo to take our six family members to the airport. Woke up the morning of our trip, waited for our Limo... as it started to approach pick-up time, I double checked my email, and they had cancelled my Limo in the middle of the night. No reason given. No phone call, no text. Luckily I had a vehicle I could use to get there (that I was purposefully trying NOT to leave at the airport). If LIMOChicago was my only option, we would have missed our flight!! Bad customer service (and no responses to my inquiries about this)"
