"I was looking up phone number to call about my loan and was shocked at the reviews so feel compelled to post my own experience; I feel ISB is an awesome local bank. They offer all the major bank services with the hometown treatment of being one of their own neighbors. I've had 3 loans on everything from personal to mortgage to new business and have never had an issue with paperwork, call-back, etc. I was a new customer when they helped me start new business bc I/it was part of the community of Canton. Everyone from the tellers all the way to the top management has been more than helpful and kind. I realize everyone has their own perceptions and experiences but if you're looking for a local bank, please give ISB and staff a chance to prove that they are worth it and hope Your experience is as great as mine have been!"

"Looking to get a construction loan. We go through all the paperwork they gave us and when it comes time to meet with the person to go through the process of getting approved they never return our call. We call everyday and the lady is either never in the office or doesn’t answer the phone so we have left 4 different messages and still no returned calls several days later. We will not be customers of theirs ever."
