"Was picked up in the Taxi line at O'Hare. Car was dirty. Driver doesn’t know how to drive. Kept accelerating then letting up so it was a jerky motion for the entire ride to Lakeview. Had to bolt from the car when we got home because I thought I was going to vomit. Worst Cab ride I’ve ever had. Called to complain. No response."

"i was about to get into one of their taxis with my wife and son. we tried to put our car seat in the back seat but the BUCKLES WERE MISSING. I told the driver we didnt want to ride with him as his car is unsafe and he told me he didnt want my service and began to berate us. man flippled me off and co ti ued to bad mouth me. terrible attitude, terrible servicr, and shame on the company for not doing safety checks. I got into the taxi at O'hare Airport. the fact that the airport allowed this taxi to operate is also insanely unprofessional. the picture I provided is the car in question do not get into it, who knows what else the driver is hiding."

"I've traveled weekly to and from the airport for 40 years, using taxis so I know what is the norm. I could write an entire book on what happened yesterday with this taxi company and the man who picked up my wife's 80 year old Asian mother from the airport to bring her to Naperville. To just get to the point. He got lost, driving back roads instead of the obvious toll road, actually getting out of the taxi to ask someone for directions. He then became very aggressive to the point where she called us several times during the trip, terrified of this driver with his abusive language an angry exchanges. What usually takes less than an 50 minutes took an 1 3/4 hours. When he finally arrived, my wife met him to help her mother with her luggage and pay the driver. FYI - When he picked her up at the airport, he said $90 (Uber is usually $80) so she said fine. But when he arrived, he demanded $125.00 and became very frightening, screaming at both of them till he got paid the upgraded amount. They both felt that if people hadn't been standing in the area, he could have become physical. They paid the man, who did not help them with her luggage out of the trunk. Last night, after hours in our home, my 80 year old mother in-law was still so shook up that she was shaking. For that reason, this review I felt was necessary. When I went to the taxi website, it was not a shock that they have a 2.5 star rating. FYI the driver number is 51974 and the cab was number 6602. I am going to contact the better business bureau and register a complaint. Had I been there last night when they arrived, I would have called the police on this jerk. If you want horrible, abusive taxi service, this is your company. I'm going back to UBER"

"BEWARE! This can driver is extremely unprofessional. She came into my store to ask a question and unfortunately was not able to be helped. Once she was informed that she would not be helped due to her attitude she caused a tremendous scene. She interrupted our business and more importantly she verbally assaulted my colleagues and myself. We had no other option but to call the police and formally file a report. Attached is a picture of the person behind the disturbing scene as well as the cab number and company that refuses to hold her accountable for such behavior. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY."

"Beware of these guys. I had the misfortune of encountering one of their drivers as I was getting into a parking spot. I was backing in and out of nowhere he tries to come in and almost hit me then acts as if he was waiting. He was nowhere around while I waited for the guy that was there for about 5 minutes. He then starts acting like a maniac and threatens me. To top it of he took basically 2 spots and as he was leaving I see a beer can in his hand that he looks to be drinking . No wonder why people avoid cabs. Maniac!"
