"I decided to take a taxi from the airport instead of my usual Uber, to see if things have improved in the last decade since Uber has come out. They have not, and I quickly realized why I HATE taxis. My driver was likely intoxicated as I smelled boozy breath in the car. He had the navigation up in front of him so I could see it too. Even with it on, he took the wrong exit, which added several minutes to my fare. He then missed a turn, which again added time. He almost missed a turn the 3rd time when I yelled at him to turn because he was not going into the turning lane. This clownery to extend the fare is why I won't be giving my money to taxis ever again. Oh and the car was disgusting in and out. Car was number 892."

"Worst experience ever. I was got a cab from the airport to my hotel. A 15 20 minute cab ride. My driver told me he was going to charge me time and a half otherwise I can take the city bus. I should have jumped out of the cab but I had a long trying day of travel so I didn’t. Once we got to the hotel I literally watched him increase the meter an additional 25 dollars. Of course when I went to pay him there was no option not to tip him. The driver was a scam artist"

"I was biking on clark street headed south almost at the intersection of clark and lawrence when city service taxi cab 2601 driven by mohammed abdul salam (31581) decided he wanted to cut the line of cars at the light and swerved into the bike lane to attempt to do so. In doing so he ran me off the road. I hopped the curb and dropped my chain. He could have easily hurt or killed me. His driving into the bike lane was rapid in acceleration and totally illegal. He wanted to get ahead and his defense in threatening my safety was that he didn't see me. This is not an acceptable answer in general and especially not ok for a professional driver. It was bright and clear conditions. I had on a bright orange and yellow bag. My bike is bright red. If he had looked he would have seen me. Someone who doesn't look where they are driving isn't a safe driver. I only managed to capture photos of him and his cab and license because other cyclcists saw him and under duress he was forced to stop. He then threatened me while I documented the incident. Shame on you for employing such a person. In this incident he was a bad driver and a hostile person. The photo I have of him is him pointing at me and yelling. I highly do not recommend this taxi service"
