"Just had the absolute pleasure of sharing the road with taxi no. 4361 who never used turn signals, drove approximately 100 mph down 355 and tried to cut over in front of me just to break check me for absolutely no reason. No wonder no one wants to use taxis any more. If you'd like to get to your destination in one piece, call an uber."

"AKA Bad Choice Taxi. According to their website, the owners are creationists who think that dinosaurs were discussed in the Bible and evolution is not science. I had to take the fare from O'Hare on faith, too, since the receipt was not itemized. Unfortunately, my employer wouldn't reimburse me for the trip because the receipt didn't show where the trip was to/from. I wish I had hired a taxi from *this* century."

"A taxi driver #1833 almost hit us on Peterson ave. In Chicago. There was construction that had a huge arrow to get over to the right lane. Couldn’t miss the arrow he decided to fly past everyone to cut in no one was letting him in so he chose to push his way in coming literally inches from our car! Absolute horrible driving! I really hope no one else was in the car. I definitely wouldn’t recommend using this company if their drivers drive like this!"

"When we were on the plane heading home from Chicago, I realized that I had left my hat in the taxi!! When we got home I called the taxi company in hopes that it had been found. The driver delivered it to the taxi office and the woman in the office sent it Fedex with a request that I send them a check for the cost! I sent that plus an extra amount as thanks for their efforts. If you are ever in Chicago- look for a Choice Taxi Association cab! What great folks. The cab was clean and the driver very professional…and I got my hat back!!!"

"This cab driver deserves a ZERO rating, and I hope this never happens to other people. I returned home from a vacation and got in his car at the airport. On the highway, I opened an IG story without realizing the volume was loud (manageable) for less than a second, and I immediately turned it down. Around five to ten minutes later, cab driver # 3526 TX told me, “DON’T LET ME HEAR ANYTHING; I DON’T WANT TO HEAR ANYTHING.” I felt threatened! He was extremely hostile, and I felt UNSAFE! I called 311 to report him right after I got out of the car to prevent this from happening to other ppl! Be careful and report if you had a similar experience."
