"Terrible. The cab never showed up! Unreliable. Can't be trusted. I called and ordered the cab. The guy said it would be there in 1 hour and 5 minutes. I called after 1 hour and 20 minutes to ask if the taxi was close. He told me he would check and call me back. He called me back in a few minutes (he had my number from the initial call I made) to tell me the taxi had a flat tire (which I'm sure was total b.s.). Why did I have to call him to find this out? He was very apologetic, but apologies don't un-ruin my morning. I ended up being hours late to work. He asked me if I wanted to wait for that cab or call another company. I told him I would wait, just to see what would happen, even though I called another company as soon as I hung up. Sure enough, he never called back, and I'm guessing the cab never showed up."
"Tried it, excellent service and very clean cars. The rates are almost the same as any taxi cab service. They sent a 2013 lincoln mks. To sum it up they are the best bang for the buck!!!!!!!!"
