303 Taxi

"Made a reservation on the app 2 days in advance for 4am to the airport. They texted me at 410am and canceled. Called an Uber and they arrived in less than 15 minutes. So much for trusting the cab companies."

"Over the years, I’ve had mostly pleasant experiences with 303. However, I recently had issues when I booked a 5:15am taxi to the airport. The driver arrived an hour early, which I was not ready for, and never returned at the scheduled time. I eventually called 303 to inquire, and they noted that the trip had been marked as “complete.” Had to scramble to find a ride because of this."

"ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. I booked a taxi 24hrs in advance for my father, who needed a ride to a medical appointment. I received a call 9 minutes before the scheduled pickup from 303 Taxi, letting me know they had no vehicles available. I expressed my frustration on the phone, asking why they would call less than 10 minutes before the pickup, and they just apologized and said they try to call people "as quick as possible". I will NEVER attempt to use this business again. *Edited to add: I then received a call 20 minutes AFTER the scheduled pickup for my return ride, letting me know they didn't have a vehicle for that ride either."
