"Totallly a wrong decision, i waited 1 hour to get picked up after they had told me it was a 15 minute wait. I called again and they said it would b another 15 minutes because the driver had to do another drop off . Finallly the Taxi arrived and i was told there was going to be an extra charge because of the holiday . Unbelievable. Never again calling this place"

"Used A-1 recently while on a business trip. The dispatcher seemed nice enough and the trip from our hotel to a restaurant was pleasant. After we were done and needed a ride back to the hotel I called A-1 again and was told that we were undercharged the last time and it should have been more and would be this time. So I told the dispatch that I didn't have a problem with that to send a car. The driver this time was VERY rude and seemed to try to rub it in our faces that this time it would cost more after asking him why there was a difference. He stated several times, "I was in the room. I heard the phone call." Because of that we had him drop us all off at our first stop and we found another company to use. I would NEVER recommend this taxi service."
