"Service was great. I pre-booked a pickup from our home to Midway airport for 3:30am and our driver was in our driveway at 3:15am (or earlier tbh). He was pleasant and he waited until we finished some last minute packing and we left before 3:30. Would definitely book them again."
"Terrible customer service, awful awful awful! This company should be out of business. I warn anyone in the chocago area call lyft Uber or any cab company besides them. They are unreliable you can order a cab a month in advance and still not get picked up. They are never on time and sometimes will not even come and do not get me started on thier dispatchers. They have the rudest most unprofessional women working as dispatch that i have ever spoke with."
"DO NOT USE. I scheduled a ride to the airport the day before. I was waiting on the curb in front of my house with bags at the time. No Cab. I called, was told a cab would be there in 15 min.... 15 min later I called again only to be told there were no cabs. I had to drive myself and family to the airport and suck up the long term parking fees. No apology, no excuses, just a rude "no cab for you"!"
