Schiller Park Taxi

"My driver was sitting at O'Hare when I got out of baggage claim, I do not think he was supposed to be sitting there with other taxis. Instead of getting the destination address from me, he starts driving while trying to add the address, almost causing an accident. He almost hit the back of another car while coming off a ramp too fast. I never saw a meter. There was no ID posted. He didn't even give me his name. I am so angry I didn't just request a Lyft. I asked what the price would be, he said he didn't know because he hasn't started the "meter", which I never saw. He charged $85!!! Huge rip-off. Never use this company."

"Unreliable. The driver did not call me and mistakenly picked up someone else. I waited for 20 mins in vain and ran late for my appointment."

"I needed to move a few bags and the cab driver tried to charge me an upfront fee of $25 MIND YOU, I wasn't in the car the Meyer wasn't started but he thought he was going to upcharge me before I got in this company is a complete rip off"

"If there was 0 stars I would give it to them! Unprofessional service I’ve ever seen in a taxi service!! Driver was not careful and careless when driving. Intentionally took longer ways for a more expensive trip cost after we have told him numerous times on a shorter distance as we were in a hurry. Driver had no patience at all with us. When my card wasn’t working and had to find cash, he litterly screamed at us!! Calling us thief’s and threatening to call the cops! We told him we were recording and we’ll be showing this to his supervisor and the police. With a attitude he goes “be my guest”. It was this Eastern European guy with a long beard who did this. Didn’t get his name but avoid him!"

"I called for a ride to ohare because another taxi service blew me off. They said they will be able to pick me up in 20 min less than ten minutes they were in front of my place. Thank you the fast service and I made it on time to my flight"
