"This is a terrible office with rude staff that attack the patient’s parent when trying to speak with the doctor. The wife of Dr. Kim who runs the office verbally attacked me and told me to leave when I was speaking to a nurse who told me to come back and ask questions I had. She is at no liberty to speak to me of my child or give medical advice since again she is NOT a DOCTOR or a trained medical professional. Telling me my insurance is not going to like my child needing tests done. And screaming at me in front of my child that I was doing something wrong by bringing my child to see the doctor. I have been coming to this office for over 10 years and with the same chronic issue that Dr. Sun Bum Kim has still not be able to help with or shown any interest in solving. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD HERE. His wife should be reprimanded and banned from the office for speaking and treating patients this way."
