"I called David a day before my departure on 9 Feb to go to O’Hare international airport from Gurnee. The gentleman David was so punctual that he came 15 minutes before the scheduled time with his SUV. He is too good a person, very helpful with a smile. The price was very reasonable and I appreciate David for his help with the luggage. This man is amazing and highly professional. He even helped us to take out the luggage trolley. "If I could this company zero stars I would. They blocked my number from both lines that have. I wasn't rude in any way. The cab was for my son from Six Flags. I ordered a cab the night before. So I called them from my house number then they picked up and lied saying that they didnt have any drivers. I can tell how he said it he knew I was the same person from the previous night. God don't like ugly may justice be served."

"I scheduled a cab for 6. I called at 6:15 and they said the cab was running late and wouldn't be there till 6:30, the dispatcher was extremely rude. The cab didn't show up till 6:45. I had to be at my destination by 7 and it was 30 minutes away. Will never use them again."

"I had a very similar experience. My girlfriend lives out of state, and we had to get to the train station early so I thought I was being responsible calling the night before and setting up the taxi. I tried calling them from a hour out till the time they were suppose to be picking us up. No one every picked up the phone, and no taxi ever showed up."
