"Dr. Kyung Kim is very unprofessional and lacks compassion. She misdiagnoses many of her patients as having allergy and asthma. I think that is her specialty. She misdiagnosed my two kids as having asthma and prescribed those inhalers. They don't have asthma. For some reason this doctor did not like me or had bias against me. (It was very obvious that she did not like me, I think it had to do with my religion.) One day I took my two babies to her office because they needed their immunizations, she purposely kept me and my babies in the waiting room and saw other patients that came after me. After about two hours of this I finally brought up to the attention of the receptionist and after about another hour of seeing other patients that came after me the receptionist finally put us in one of the exam rooms. Another hour past waiting in the exam room and Dr. Kim still had not come in. She put us there and kept seeing other patients that came two, three hours after us in the other exam room. I was like "what is going on?" The receptionist kept telling me "she will be right in". At this point my two babies were super cranky and tired and they were crying. Dr. Kim finally came in saying how busy she was and vaccinated only one of my child and went out again! I thought she would be right back in to give my other child the vaccine, but she did not come back in for another hour and a half. When I finally poked my head out of the exam room to ask what's going on I realized she was seeing other patients again in the other exam room. I complained again to the receptionist and Dr. Kim finally came in after another 45 minutes to give my second child his vaccine. My kids appointment time was 1:00pm for simple immunization that took her literally 2 minutes. We were the last patients to get out of her office that day as they were closing. Very unprofessional and unkind. I regret having taken my kids to see her. I would give Dr. Kyung Kim zero stars if I could. By the way during all those hours waiting in that waiting room I overheard the receptionist answering phone calls and that's when I realized that most of her patients have "allergy and asthma." Someone has got to look into this. Parents watch out! Your kids would be better off if you stayed away from this unprofessional doctor. Such a mean person!"

"Great doctor. She cares about her patients. I have three Kids and they are a handful, yet she is very patient with them and makes sure they are taken care of. She's great but make sure you know your insurance information and other things. I got the feeling that she's not so keen on parents who are not on top of their things (insurance info, records etc.) so make sure you know have everything ready."
