"We used your service today to get my mom to a scheduled doctor's appointment in the Orland Park area. First, the driver arrived 15 minutes late for the initial pickup. Therefore, we arrived late to the appointment. The appointment lasted one hour and 15 minutes. Upon leaving the office, the driver and vehicle were nowhere to be found. We called the contact number we were given to check on the ride home. The woman we spoke to informed us, rather rudely, that drivers do not wait past the scheduled pick up time. However, we were never told there was a time or deadline for the departure back. She then told us we needed to find our own way back, they couldn't help. Thankfully, we found a different ambulatory service to provide us a ride back. It was a 3 hour wait for this new driving arrangement. I do not recommend this company."
