"Was there to return package to Amazon and decided to purchase 2 books of stamps that cost $13.20 per book everywhere else. Received my Visa bill today and see I was charged $20.00 per book of stamps. $40.00 charge for 2 books of stamps that would be $26.40 everywhere else. I called The UPS Store and was told yes that is what they charge. In that case I should have been informed of this price at time of purchase. I was not told this price nor did I receive a receipt."

"Had a great experience at this location the other day. Jodi was so awesome and helpful! I showed up to a line out the door, struggling with a return label, a huge deflated stand up paddleboard with all of the accessories, a giant broken down box, and a three year old. She came out and helped me right away and even took the package inside for me, I never even had to set foot in the store. Much relief for me and great service!"
